Archeologists have found two more bodies of victims who were killed in the volcanic eruption in Pompeii, Italy 🇮🇹.
The Italian city of Pompeii is very closely associated with the eruption of the volcano Vesuvius 🌋. But in fact, the two men were killed by collapsing walls 🧱 due to the following earthquake.
"Part of the south wall of the room collapsed crushing one of the men whose raised arm offers a tragic image of his vain attempt to protect himself from the falling masonry," reads a press release on Tuesday."
The two people were around 55 years old. The archeologists also found organic matter, which is believed to be a piece of fabric, along with 6 coins 🪙and beads of a necklace.

Only two-thirds of the site have been uncovered since the excavation began.
