Artillery shells 🪖 from Myanmar 🇲🇲 hit China 🇨🇳

China 🇨🇳  has been angered by Myanmar 🇲🇲, as 5 Chinese citizens have been injured by artillery shells from Myanmar. A battle between the ruling military 🪖 junta and a rebel group occurred near the border to China 🇨🇳. Since late October, fights in the North have intensified, causing China to call for a ceasefire between both sides. Just this Wednesday, 5 people from the town of Nansan had to be taken to the hospital 🏥 due to stray shells from fights.

"China ...strongly deplores the Chinese casualties caused by the conflict and has already lodged serious representations with the relevant parties... "China once again asks all parties to the conflict to cease fire and stop fighting, and take measures to prevent the recurrence of such vicious incidents."
