The car 🚗 company Ford has halted the production of the Ford F-150 Lightning đŸŒ©. The electric pickup is a top seller in the US. The problem is a possible battery 🔋 problem, which was discovered during the company's pre-delivery vehicles inspection.

Ford has not yet provided any information about the cause or the consequences of the battery problems. Ford trucks 🚚 that have already arrived at the customer's or at dealerships do not have the battery problem, Ford spokesperson Emma Berg said.

The lightning has already sold 18,000 times âČ, but doesn't have any concurrence yet. With the release of the Tesla Cybertruck in 2024, a possible competitor will arrive.

Ford has been heavily investing in electric cars 🚗 and batteries 🔋, and will soon make a big change to turn to only electric vehicles.
