Navalny 🇷🇺 is dead

The Russian prison service reports that Kremlin critic and opposition Alexey Navalny has died in his cell, aged 47. Navalny organized big anti-government protests over the years, exposing corruption inside the country and campaigning against the United Russia party 🇷🇺 . He returned to Russia in 2021 but was immediately imprisoned (19 years sentence) in Siberia because he supposedly created an extremist community and financed extremist organisations. His followers argue that Putin imprisoned him because Navalny posed a big threat.

Four months later, he disappeared for 17 days, and his lawyers weren't able to locate him. On the 25th December they found him, but now he is dead.
