Russia đ·đș marks the day of mourning after terrorist attack

Russian President Putin has declared đ today national mourning day following the deaths of 1ïžâŁ3ïžâŁ7ïžâŁ people in the Crocus City Hall. "The whole country, our whole people mourns with you," Putin said and expressed his condolences đ towards family and friends đ§Ą of the victims. The attack comes shortly after Putin secured his 5th term as Russian President and is Russias đ·đș deadliest attack in two decades.

Investigations đ to find the terrorists have already begun, and the investigation of the crime scene is ongoing. The Russian Investigative Commitee has identified 62 bodies already. The ISIS has already claimed responsibility for the attack in a short statement. Today, thousands of people lined up in the rain đ§ and mourned for the victims of the attack. White balloons đ and hundreds đŻ of flowers đ were left behind.
