Ukraine offended because of Biden

Due to a statement made by President Biden at a Los Angeles speech, Ukraine is offended. In the speech Joe Biden said that Ukraine did not react when the US warned them of a coming Russian invasion. There had been signs of an invasion, but most people thought they were overreacting. The US had enough data to know that Russia was coming. Serhij Nykyforow, the presidantial spokesman of Ukraine, denied Biden's statement, and said that Ukraine had kept telling their friends and allies to sanction Russia, and that they had not listened. The US had warned about an upcoming Russian invasion, but a lot of Goverments had criticized the US of being an alarmist. People keep criticizing Ukraine for not being ready for a Russian Invasion, and Selenskyj should have prepared Ukraine.
